TESY LTD OPENS NEW MODERN LOGISTICS TERMINAL
TESY LTD is a leader in the Bulgarian heating and water-heating market which is presented by TESY brand , opens new modern logistics terminal for cultivation and storing of ready-made company production.
The investment is made at the rate of 3.9 million leva.
The warehouse / including the other premises / heights 10 m and is situated on the area of 5250 m² with adjoining asphalt-paved area of 2900 m² . The warehouse area only amounts to 4250 m² ; The administrative premises area amounts to 200 m² ; The dock /a place for cultivation of goods and materials/ amounts to 800 m².
The logistics terminal of TESY company has 9 loading platforms for loading-unloading operations , adaptive to all kind of loading motor vehicles . It is equipped with state-of-the-art hoisting machinery of a leading German manufacturer. The terminal has two types of warehouse assembling systems situated on height of 10 m. : common used system << back-to-back>> and the newest system <drive-in> which utilizes the warehouse area in an exclusively effective way .
The specialized electronic system WMS / warehouse management system - part of ORACLE management system / is in charge with the management of the logistics terminal , it has for an object to organize , systematize and regulate warehouse' inner logistics of goods. The system ranges over all the taking , storage, manipulations and expedition processes of the goods. The WMS system includes electronic devices for entering and processing the information which communicate each other through wireless connection.
The WMS system is the first stage of induction of integral ERP / resource management system / in TESY LTD.
The induction of WMS system imposed a change in the stamping process of the goods with the intent to trace them in an electronic way during the entire production-sales process .
The management and the security of the warehouse are being supported by audio-visual system for observation which has daily archive for work- processes passing in the logistic terminal as well as restricted area entrance system using electronic cards.
Twenty six employees are hired for the logistics terminal maintenance , six of them are administrative staff working on two-shift regime . Purposely the maximum work-process comfort , excellent work conditions for the workers and employees hired in the warehouse ,as well as the means of transport drivers who are processed by the terminals which have the ability to watch closely trucks loading through a monitor specially built for that purpose .
